June 6 – The China Unicorn Ranking report has been released. As of May 2025, the total valuation of Chinese unicorn companies reached 8.46 trillion yuan, showing a slight year-on-year increase of 0.23%. E-commerce platform SHEIN ranks third among Chinese unicorns with a valuation of USD 350 billion.

 

In the e-commerce logistics sector, other listed unicorns include Cainiao Network, SF Express, Zhunshida (Timely Express), Hai Robotics, China Southern Cargo, and Worldwide Logistics Group.

2、GoodCang Becomes AliExpress Certified Oversea Fulfillment Warehouse

June 6 – Sinotrans announced that by May 31, 2025, it had repurchased a total of 88.25 million A-shares through the Shanghai Stock Exchange via centralized bidding, accounting for 1.21% of the company's total share capital as of the same date. 9、Walmart Updates Logistics Policy


June 6 – Walmart has updated its logistics policy to allow platform sellers to use Amazon’s Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) service for order fulfillment. However, the platform prohibits “arbitrage shipping” or reselling goods bought cheaply from other platforms.

 

Amazon supports MCF for non-Amazon orders from brand websites, social media stores, and other platforms, provided sellers comply with third-party fulfillment rules, such as using non-branded packaging and avoiding Amazon Logistics shipping labels.
