July 7 – According to Armstrong & Associates, the total air freight volume of the world’s top 25 freight forwarders reached 16,740,885 tonnes in 2024, a year-on-year increase of 9.4%. The top five were: Kuehne+Nagel (No. 1), DHL (No. 2), DSV (No. 3), DB Schenker (No. 4), and Sinotrans (No. 5).

Requirements include: a corporate business license (individual businesses are currently not supported) and the ability to support overseas warehouse fulfillment or local delivery.

3、DPD UK Forms Strategic Partnership with Smart Locker Firm
July 7 – DPD UK has announced a strategic partnership with smart locker provider Yeep! to install 8,000 additional lockers across the UK. This expansion will increase DPD’s network of parcel pickup/drop-off points to around 20,000 locations, enhancing customer flexibility and efficiency for deliveries and returns.

4、Amazon May Surpass USPS in Parcel Volume by 2028
July 7 – According to Pitney Bowes' Parcel Shipping Index, Amazon shipped 6.3 billion parcels in 2024 (up 7.3% YoY) and may surpass the USPS by 2028, reaching 8.4 billion shipments versus USPS’s 8.3 billion. In 2024, the U.S. handled 22.4 billion parcels with total revenue of \$203.2 billion. However, per-piece revenue declined to \$9.09, reflecting mounting pricing pressure.

Pitney Bowes predicts U.S. parcel volume will grow at a 5% CAGR from 2025–2030, reaching 35 billion in 2029, benefiting shippers with lower prices and greater flexibility.

5、Ezhou–Mumbai Cargo Route Takes Off
July 7 – An Indigo A321 freighter departed from Ezhou Huahu Airport to Mumbai, marking the launch of the Ezhou–Mumbai cargo route. It is the airport’s 15th new international route in 2025, its 5th direct India route, and Indigo’s 2nd scheduled cargo route from Ezhou. Operated twice weekly (Tuesdays and Fridays), the route has an annual capacity of nearly 5,000 tonnes and mainly carries laptops and medical equipment.
Ezhou Huahu Airport now connects with five major Indian cities: Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore, Kolkata, and Mumbai, forming a diamond-shaped cargo network that covers all of India.

TikTok U.S. GMV Down 32% in June
8、July 7 – TikTok's U.S. e-commerce GMV reached \$540 million in June, down 32% month-over-month. In contrast, the UK saw a 16% MoM increase to \$160 million. Malaysia surged 97% to \$1.8 billion. July 7 – Shenzhen Airport Group released its 6th consecutive annual report, upgrading it to a "Sustainability Report" by incorporating ESG metrics. Total cargo and mail throughput reached 1.881 million tonnes, ranking 3rd in China. Domestic cargo stood at 916,000 tonnes (No.1 for five consecutive years), while international cargo was 965,000 tonnes. The airport serves 42 international/regional destinations and 64 freighter routes. Cross-border e-commerce cargo volume reached 326,000 tonnes, supported by 3 overseas cargo terminals and 7 pre-positioned warehouses in the Greater Bay Area.
