Fang Ke reviewed Anjun Logistics' performance in Brazil since entering the market in March 2019. He introduced the key business developments and investments in Brazil for 2024.
First: Anjun's express delivery business in Brazil.
After over a year of preparation, Anjun Express officially launched its network in São Paulo in December 2023 and began expanding express delivery services to the states of Rio de Janeiro and Minas Gerais. Anjun Logistics adopted a hybrid network construction model, combining DSP agents, MDD franchisees, and AJD self-built network. In São Paulo, Brazil, Anjun Logistics has established a comprehensive express delivery network
Anjun Logistics is constructing a modern and efficient parcel sorting center
Second: Cross-border dedicated lines.
This involves implementing an integrated and efficient model for cross-border e-commerce small parcels, including commercial clearance and commercial express delivery. It can reduce cross-border logistics costs by 30%-50%. The service aims to achieve 7-day delivery to core cities, 10-day delivery to major cities, and 15-day delivery to non-major cities in Brazil. This acceleration improves transportation efficiency, covering cross-border logistics by air and sea throughout Brazil. This will significantly enhance Anjun's capabilities in package collection within China, fixed charter air cargo capacity from China to Brazil, airport ground services, commercial express clearance, and provide end-to-end solutions.
Recently, Anjun Logistics handled e-commerce parcels registered on a platform in the PRC, smoothly completing commercial clearance and commercial express delivery at São Paulo Airport. Previously, Anjun Logistics successfully passed commercial clearance process tests under DDU and DDP modes. With this, the commercial express clearance and delivery of Anjun Logistics in Brazil officially set sail, ending the history of cross-border parcels entering Brazil having to use postal clearance for compliant import tax exemptions. Businesses, platforms, and consumers will benefit from more affordable and faster cross-border logistics services.
Anjun Logistics has deployed a considerable number of large, medium, and small logistics delivery vehicles.
Third: Anjun Express Project.
Anjun Logistics in Brazil positions itself as a secondary logistics transportation company, responsible for handling Anjun's express trunk lines, ocean freight containers, enterprise contract trunk lines, less-than-truckload (LTL) and oversized cargo, and bonded supervision vehicles

Fourth: Anjun Logistics' Warehousing Business in Brazil.
It is divided into B2B storage and distribution services and B2C one-stop dispatch services, including B2B large item storage and delivery warehouses, B2C e-commerce parcel storage and delivery warehouses, bonded storage warehouses, airport express large item storage warehouses, express return sorting operation warehouses, and large item storage warehouses in contract logistics projects.
Before Christmas, Anjun Logistics delivery personnel delivered warm packages into the hands of users.
Fifth: Anjun Large Item Delivery and After-Sales Installation Maintenance Project.
To meet the demand for large-item delivery, on-site installation, and after-sales maintenance in the Brazilian e-commerce sector, Anjun has established a Large Item Business Department. This includes services such as door-to-door delivery of large items, after-sales installation, and warranty services for large items, as well as the delivery and insurance services for valuable goods.
Anjun employees consider efficient delivery and thoughtful customer service as the highest honor, and they unite to expand the Brazilian market
Anjun's launch of five new products marks a milestone in the development of the e-commerce logistics industry in Brazil. We are delighted to see that Anjun Logistics in Brazil has completed investments in parcel collection, air cargo main deck space, airport ground services, commercial clearance, customs express supervision warehouse, and transit sorting warehouse, embarking on the fast lane of construction and development.
Anjun Logistics will place a high emphasis on investing in and building the last-mile delivery express network in the entire supply chain of cross-border logistics. This signifies that Anjun Logistics is becoming more mature and, using modern business models, is rapidly developing end-to-end cross-border logistics services in Brazil. Starting with a focus on the Brazilian market, Anjun Logistics aims to gradually expand its reach to other South American countries, confident and capable of contributing to the development of cross-border e-commerce logistics in China.
