Zero 100 is a community organization and research platform for supply chain executives from global multinational companies. Joining Cainiao at the Zero 100 Global Supply Chain Summit were leading brands from various sectors such as consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, sports equipment, and automobile manufacturing. These included Puma, Nike, Google, L'Oréal, Estée Lauder, Honeywell, Toyota, and others.

As a global leader in cross-border e-commerce logistics, Cainiao's global express network covers over 200 countries and regions, handling more than 5 million cross-border parcels daily. Through innovations in supply chain and logistics technology, Cainiao offers industry benchmark services like "Global 5-Day Delivery." With its extensive service experience in global e-commerce logistics, Cainiao secured an invitation to join Zero 100, where it shared its expertise with numerous multinational companies.

During his presentation, Wan Lin stated, "The key to establishing a robust global express network is managing critical logistics nodes, such as strategically choosing international airports as gateways for global cross-border e-commerce transport, and leveraging Cainiao's unique technological advantages throughout the entire logistics chain."

Wan Lin explained that currently, Cainiao operates three eHubs (digital logistics hubs) in Liège, Belgium; Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; and Hong Kong, China. By integrating digital technology with logistics operations, Cainiao efficiently manages customs clearance, sorting, and transportation, enabling global 5-day and 10-day delivery services for more cross-border e-commerce at the cost of a cup of coffee.

Furthermore, Cainiao has made significant progress in building local delivery networks in key global markets and will continue to invest in expanding its global logistics network.
