1. Jiacheng International Logistics Center to be Operational Soon
On August 1st, Jiacheng International responded to investors' concerns on its investor relations platform, stating that the "Jiacheng International (Hainan) Multifunctional Smart Logistics Center" in Haikou Comprehensive Bonded Zone, Hainan Province, is nearing completion and will be operational soon. The "Tianyun International (Hainan) Smart Processing and Distribution Center" in Yangpu Economic Development Zone, Hainan Province, is expected to be operational by 2025.
Additionally, the "Jiacheng International (Sanya) Super Cloud Smart World Port" in Sanya City is expected to commence construction in 2024, with a construction period of two years.
Furthermore, Jiacheng International Aviation has launched a B747-400F full cargo flight route from Haikou Meilan International Airport to Dallas, USA. In the future, the company will lease multiple aircraft to handle customer cargo air transport services, including but not limited to charter flights and bulk purchases. Departure points include Guangzhou, Hainan, and Hong Kong airports, with routes to Europe and the United States.

2. Lege Shares Releases 2024 Half-Year Report
On August 1st, Lege Shares (stock code: 300729.SZ) released its 2024 half-year report. The report shows that in the first half of 2024, the company achieved operating income of 2.427 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 44.64%, and a net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies (excluding non-recurring gains and losses) of 107 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 29.95%. The net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 160 million yuan, a decrease of 63.86% compared to the same period last year, mainly due to the sale of overseas warehouses in January 2023, which generated significant non-operating income, increasing the asset transfer gains not deducted for transfer income tax by approximately $73.52 million.
As of the end of the reporting period, Lege's overseas warehouses had cumulatively served over 778 export enterprises, including listed companies, and handled over 4 million parcels in the first half of 2024, an increase of over 120% year-on-year. In 2023, Lege's overseas warehouses became one of FedEx's global Top 100 customers. Moreover, Lege's self-built overseas warehouse costs are one-third to one-half of leasing overseas warehouse costs. 12. Dongguan Secures Land for Another International Airport Air Cargo Center Project
On August 1st, it was reported that the land plot numbered 2024WT047 in Xidatan Village, Shatian Town, was successfully bid for at a total price of 207.93 million yuan, marking the successful land acquisition for the Hong Kong International Airport Dongguan Air Cargo Center project. The plot covers an area of 138,618.6 square meters, with a floor area ratio not exceeding 4.0, a land use term of 50 years, and a maximum height of 80 meters.
The development and construction period is two years. The Hong Kong International Airport Dongguan Air Cargo Center project must start construction by August 22, 2025, and be completed by August 22, 2027. The project will mainly construct a high-value logistics center, international express warehouse, freight forwarding warehouse, customs inspection facilities, and supporting office buildings. Through sea-air intermodal transport, goods will be transported back and forth between the air cargo logistics park and Hong Kong Airport.
