2. FanYuan International Plans to Acquire at Least 60% Equity in a Company

On March 12, FanYuan International announced that the company (as a potential buyer), Shunchang KuaiDa Holdings Co., Ltd. ("potential seller"), and KuaiShun Investment Co., Ltd. ("target company") have entered into a non-legally binding memorandum of understanding regarding the company’s proposed acquisition of no less than 60% equity of the target company, which is currently 100% owned by the potential seller. The acquisition price will be further negotiated and determined by the contracting parties. According to the memorandum, a deposit of HKD 1.5 million should be paid to the potential seller within 15 calendar days of signing. Additionally, the business synergy between the target company and the group will improve operational efficiency and cost optimization, further strengthening the group's competitive edge in the cross-border logistics sector.

3. DHL Express Puts New Service Center into Operation

On March 12, DHL Express announced the official operation of its Liaocheng service center, becoming the first international express company to establish a directly operated facility in the area. As of now, DHL Express has direct service coverage in nearly 90% of prefecture-level cities in Shandong Province, offering higher quality and more efficient logistics services for local enterprises looking to go global. After the opening of the Liaocheng service center, local goods will undergo initial processing at the center and then be transferred to DHL Express' Jinan Shared Service Center for further handling. From there, they will be exported from Qingdao port to countries along the "Belt and Road" in the Asia-Pacific region, such as Vietnam, Thailand, and Malaysia, as well as other parts of the world. 4. China Southern Airlines Logistics Opens New Cargo Route

On March 12, a Boeing 777 cargo plane carrying over 80 tons of electronic products landed smoothly on the tarmac of Harbin Taiping International Airport, marking the opening of the Guangzhou-Harbin-Mexico City international cargo route. Under the supervision of Harbin Taiping Airport customs officers, the cargo plane was refueled with 107 tons of bonded jet fuel through an underground pipeline. This is the first all-cargo route attracted by Heilongjiang Province since the launch of bonded fuel services, with plans to operate two flights per week on Thursdays and Sundays. The route flies from Harbin to South America and is currently the longest route with the largest refueling volume at Taiping Airport.

5. TikTok Shop Spain Launches New Logistics Function

On March 12, TikTok Shop Spain launched a new logistics feature aimed at simplifying the product shipping process, allowing sellers to use a free parcel pickup service until April this year. Sellers can choose between delivery point or warehouse pickup to manage shipments. If choosing in-store pickup, sellers must meet a minimum of five parcels per pickup; those who fail to meet this requirement will be charged €1.90 (excluding VAT) per parcel from May onwards. 11. Shenzhen Airport Sets Record for Import-Export Cargo Volume in First Two Months

On March 12, it was reported that Shenzhen Airport achieved a record import-export cargo volume of 148,000 tons in the first two months of this year, up 22.9% year-on-year, setting a new high for the same period. This included 33,000 tons of imports and 115,000 tons of exports, with year-on-year growth of 11.7% and 26.5%, respectively.

12. YTO and ZTO Projects to Be Established in Harbin

On March 12, it was reported that the YTO Express Heilongjiang Smart Innovation Park Project and ZTO Express Co., Ltd.’s Harbin E-commerce Industrial Park Project have been included in Harbin’s 2025 key reserve projects for the service industry, with a total investment of RMB 950 million for the two projects.

The YTO Express Heilongjiang Smart Innovation Park Project is large in scale and is expected to handle an average of 6 million parcels per day once operational. This will significantly enhance YTO’s parcel processing capacity in Heilongjiang Province and effectively extend to surrounding areas, accelerating the flow of parcels and providing efficient logistics support for e-commerce, manufacturing, and other industries, helping local products reach national and even global markets faster.

ZTO Express Co., Ltd.’s Harbin E-commerce Industrial Park Project is also attracting attention, with a total investment of RMB 650 million. Once completed, the local processing capacity is expected to increase by 16%, further consolidating ZTO’s position in the Harbin express market.
