March 25 – The United States Postal Service (USPS) announced that it will adjust its mail and parcel delivery standards starting from April 1 to reduce costs. The optimization involves services such as First-Class Mail, Periodicals, Marketing Mail, Parcel Services (including Bound Printed Matter, Media Mail, and Library Mail), Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express. These improvements are expected to save at least $36 billion over the next decade, mainly by reducing transportation, mail and parcel handling, and real estate costs. The adjustment will be implemented in two phases to ensure a smooth transition: the first phase will start on April 1, and the second phase will take effect on July 1.

2. Lecang Logistics’ 2024 Total Revenue Reaches 1.9 Billion


March 25 – Lecang Logistics recently released its 2024 annual financial report. The report shows that Lecang Logistics achieved total revenue of 1.946 billion yuan in 2024, a 57.2% increase from 1.238 billion yuan in 2023. The net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company increased by 235.3% year-on-year to 396 million yuan, while basic earnings per share were 1.38 yuan. 3. China Cargo Airlines Increases Capital by 1.5 Billion


March 25 – According to Tianyancha, China Cargo Airlines Co., Ltd. recently underwent a business change, increasing its registered capital from approximately 10.69 billion yuan to 12.2 billion yuan. The company was established in November 2003, with Yan Fei as the legal representative. Its business scope includes ground services and express air delivery related to the main business, as well as the manufacturing and maintenance of ground equipment. China Cargo Airlines is jointly owned by China Aviation Capital Holding Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Cainiao Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd., and Cathay Pacific China Cargo Holdings Ltd.

4. YTO Expands Investment in Central Asian Markets


March 25 – YTO International Express issued an announcement regarding the signing of a subscription agreement on March 20, 2025, between its direct wholly-owned subsidiary and Liancheng's current sole shareholder Senda BVI and JiaZhi Express, to introduce strategic partners and promote business operations in Kazakhstan. Upon completion of the subscription agreement, Liancheng will be owned 67% by Senda BVI and 33% by JiaZhi Express, and it will remain a subsidiary of YTO International Express. The issuance of shares to JiaZhi Express is considered as a sale of interest in Liancheng.

6. ShunJia’s Southern International Cargo Terminal No. 2 Opens


March 25 – The opening ceremony for ShunJia’s Southern International Cargo Terminal No. 2 was held at Ezhou Huahu Airport. The renovated terminal covers an area of 5,000 square meters, with an expected increase in outbound capacity of 50,000 tons annually. 7. Xi'an Airport Increases European Cargo Flights


March 25 – Starting from March, Xi'an-Budapest all-cargo flights will increase from two to four per week. The added flights will further improve the air transportation efficiency of Xi'an Airport and support the construction of the "Air Silk Road." Since the launch of the all-cargo route in September 2024, over 100 flights have been completed, transporting nearly 4,000 tons of cargo, including cross-border e-commerce products. 8. COSCO Shipping Holdings' 2024 Net Profit Grows 95%


March 25 – COSCO Shipping Holdings Co., Ltd. released its 2024 annual report.
