Reporters learned from Cainiao that with the large-scale implementation of the "Global 5-Day Delivery" service, Cainiao's international express delivery speed has increased by over 50% for this year's AliExpress Double 11, enabling consumers in Europe's core markets to receive their Double 11 packages five days earlier.


This Double 11, many cross-border merchants have shared the exciting news of skyrocketing orders online. AliExpress and Cainiao's "Global 5-Day Delivery" faced its first major cross-border logistics test. After a frenzy of shopping on AliExpress Double 11, massive orders were received within seconds by Cainiao's cross-border warehouses in East and South China. Supported by advanced logistics algorithms like smart order consolidation and smart order combination, cross-border packages were quickly dispatched according to their destination countries and regions, boarding flights to global destinations.
