2.Hong Kong's PSI Group plans to go public on NASDAQ through a merger with AIB.
On December 29th, logistics company PSI Group Holdings, based in Hong Kong, and publicly traded Special Purpose Acquisition Company AIB Acquisition Corporation, announced the signing of an agreement to merge their businesses. After the merger, AIB and PSI will become wholly-owned subsidiaries of the newly formed Cayman Islands company, PS International Group Ltd. ("Pubco"), planning to be listed on the NASDAQ stock exchange. PSI, specializing in air freight forwarding in Hong Kong, achieved a revenue of $67.1 million in the six months ending June 30, 2023, marking a 36% YoY growth.
