1.Shangzhou Logistics' First All-Cargo Aircraft Officially In Service

On January 2nd, Shangzhou Aviation Logistics Co., Ltd.'s 737-800 all-cargo aircraft with registration B-5159 smoothly landed at Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport. A concise yet grand delivery ceremony was held on the apron, witnessed by leaders and guests from the Xiamen Municipal Party Committee, Municipal Government, shareholder Jianfa, Xiamen Airlines, Zongteng, and other related units. This marked the historic moment of Shangzhou's first all-cargo aircraft and also the first locally-owned all-cargo aircraft in Xiamen. It signifies the beginning of a new chapter for Shangzhou in cargo aircraft operations.

The B-5159 all-cargo aircraft has a cargo volume capacity of 188 cubic meters and a loading weight exceeding 25 tons. Currently, Shangzhou operates over 400 domestic and international routes, covering 134 cities domestically and 75 cities and regions internationally.

2.Shunfeng Holdings Applies for REITs, Lists on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange

On January 2nd, Shunfeng announced its intention to conduct the public offering of Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) using some logistics industrial park projects held by its subsidiaries as underlying assets. The company plans to list on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The announcement reveals that the infrastructure public REITs to be issued this time will focus on deepening the domestic market in mainland China. The investment will concentrate on the Yangtze River Delta, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and the central and lower reaches of the Yangtze River as the main areas, along with the warehousing and logistics assets held by Shunfeng Holdings on the airside of domestic airports in these regions.

Specifically, the selected assets for issuance include Shunfeng's South China Transit Center project, Shunfeng Fentai Industrial Park in Hefei, and Shunfeng Fentai Industrial Park in Wuhan, all aligned with the platform's positioning.

5.DSV Signs Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement with Yunnan Provincial Investment Promotion Bureau


On January 2nd, DSV signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with the Yunnan Provincial Investment Promotion Bureau. 6.Record Parcel Volumes in Peak Season Across Multiple European Countries


On January 2nd, despite slow or negative economic and e-commerce growth in many regions of Europe, express delivery operators in several countries such as Austria, Poland, France, and Sweden have defied the trend, delivering impressive and even record-breaking parcel volumes during the peak season.

According to Austrian Post, the company set a new record for daily shipment volume in December 2023, exceeding 1.4 million parcels in a single day. The company now claims to deliver over 1 million parcels daily, with an expected volume of around 17.6 million parcels in December 2023, representing a growth of over 6% compared to 2022. Polish Post also experienced record parcel volumes, with a 40% increase in parcel transport during the period from "Black Friday" to December 10, 2023, compared to the same period in 2022.

La Poste in France had previously announced an expected delivery of 106 million parcels in November and December 2023, an increase of 6 million parcels compared to the same period last year. The group's express parcel subsidiary, Chronopost, had predicted a 12% growth in parcel volume in November and December 2023, reaching a peak transport capacity of over 600,000 parcels per day by the end of November.

Parcel companies in Spain also anticipate delivering a record number of parcels during the peak season. According to the logistics and transportation association UNO, from "Black Friday" to January 6, 2024, the total parcel volume is expected to increase by 6.8%, reaching 108 million parcels.
