1. J&T Express Secures Nearly 9 Billion Yuan in Financing
On September 11, J&T Express announced that it had entered into financing agreements with several banks and financial institutions. The agreements include three loans: a USD 674 million (approximately RMB 4.797 billion) loan, a HKD 1.362 billion (approximately RMB 1.243 billion) loan, and a domestic and overseas RMB loan of approximately RMB 2.871 billion, with a 36-month term starting from the first disbursement. 2.Top 100 Most Valuable Chinese Brands List Released
On September 11, the "2024 Kantar BrandZ Top 100 Most Valuable Chinese Brands" list was released. The report shows that the total value of the top 100 brands this year is USD 968.5 billion, down 4% year-over-year. 3.FedEx Announces New Partnership
On September 11, FedEx announced a strategic alliance with Nimble Robotics to expand its logistics services using Nimble’s fully autonomous third-party logistics model. FedEx also made an undisclosed financial investment in Nimble. Scott Temple, President of FedEx Supply Chain, stated that this partnership and financial investment would further expand FedEx's e-commerce footprint in North America, creating new opportunities for customers.

4. Cainiao to Launch Second Global eHub Construction
At the 2024 Global Smart Logistics Summit, Joe Tsai, co-founder and chairman of Alibaba Group and chairman of Cainiao Group, announced that Cainiao would accelerate the integration of its global logistics network into regional and global industrial chains, building a worldwide express delivery network to support the fast expansion of e-commerce. Cainiao’s CEO Wan Lin revealed that the company will initiate the second batch of global eHub construction. Cainiao currently operates local express services in 10 countries, manages over 800,000 square meters of overseas warehouses, and provides professional services in 18 countries and regions.

5.Alibaba Officially Included in Stock Connect
On September 11, the Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges announced that Alibaba-W (09988.HK) was officially included in the Stock Connect program. According to research from CMB Securities, Alibaba's inclusion may attract passive funds and lead to improved liquidity. 7. Shopee Introduces Pre-Payment Inspection Policy

9. Silk Way Airlines Launches New Cargo Route
On September 11, Silk Way Airlines announced the launch of a new cargo route between Urumqi, China, and Baku, Azerbaijan. The route, operated by IL-76 freighters, is managed by Xinjiang Merchant Aviation Company and will run one to two flights per week, with a round-trip capacity of 80 tons per flight. 10.China’s Imports and Exports Grow by 6% in the First Eight Months
On September 11, customs data revealed that China’s total trade value in the first eight months of 2024 reached RMB 28.58 trillion, an increase of 6% year-over-year. Exports amounted to RMB 16.45 trillion, up 6.9%, while imports reached RMB 12.13 trillion, up 4.7%, with a trade surplus of RMB 4.32 trillion, expanding by 13.6%. In U.S. dollar terms, total trade value was USD 4.02 trillion, up 3.7%.

11.Three Major Shipping Companies Form New Alliance
