Introduction:Belgian Delegation Visits 4PX Shenzhen East Warehouse to Explore Advanced Automated Logistics Technology

On September 26, a Belgian delegation visited the 4PX Shenzhen East Operation Center (hereinafter referred to as the "Shenzhen East Warehouse") with the aim of introducing advanced warehouse automation equipment and technology. The delegation included representatives from the Wallonia Export-Investment Agency, e-Origin, JOST, Bpost Group (Belgium Post Group), EDT Express, and the Port of Antwerp-Bruges. Both sides engaged in in-depth discussions through on-site meetings and field visits.

During the meeting, 4PX's information technology research and development personnel provided a detailed introduction to the company's history, business scope, and the latest technological achievements. As a global cross-border e-commerce supply chain service provider, 4PX is committed to enhancing warehouse and logistics efficiency through technological innovation. The 4PX team introduced the full operational process of the Shenzhen East Warehouse, from goods receiving, security checks, relabeling, rough sorting, fine sorting, packaging, palletizing, to dispatching. They also showcased the warehouse's automation and information system, highlighting the features and applications of self-developed equipment such as automatic unloading, labeling, sorting, sealing, and palletizing machines. The Belgian delegation highly praised 4PX's technological innovations and expressed their interest in adopting these technologies to improve the efficiency and accuracy of Belgium's logistics system.

4PX continues to strengthen its warehouse automation, digitalization, and intelligent construction efforts. By integrating advanced technologies such as big data, AI algorithms, and cloud computing, 4PX has achieved a comprehensive upgrade of its supply chain management. During the Belgian delegation's visit, 4PX demonstrated several key devices in operation at the Shenzhen East Warehouse, including the PAIS soft package labeling machine, PTL intelligent sorting wall, zodiac sealing machine, and AIPS palletizing robot. These devices not only significantly improved operational efficiency but also greatly reduced human errors, ensuring the smooth functioning of logistics processes. The representative from the Wallonia Export-Investment Agency expressed high regard for these technologies and conveyed their desire to introduce such systems to Belgium to enhance warehouse operations and reduce labor costs.

In addition to hardware investments, 4PX relies on a robust information system to monitor key metrics of the logistics process in real-time. Through data visualization technology, complex operational states are presented in a straightforward manner, enhancing the transparency of warehouse operations and providing decision-makers with the data support they need. As a result, every package is "trackable," making the entire supply chain smarter and more flexible. This "software and hardware integration" capability allows 4PX to maintain its leading position in the cross-border e-commerce industry, offering more efficient and reliable services to its customers.

Moreover, 4PX actively supports China’s "Belt and Road Initiative" and looks forward to further collaborating with Belgium, which is also committed to this initiative, to expand its business footprint in the European market and provide more efficient and convenient channels for Chinese brands to go global.
