1.China Southern Airlines Plans to Sell 10 Aircraft
On November 26, China Southern Airlines announced on its official website that it is considering selling 10 Boeing 787-8 aircraft and two spare GEnx-1B70/P2 engines to a qualified buyer. The transaction is subject to approval by the airline's board of directors. Notably, China Southern owns exactly 10 Boeing 787-8s. According to the airline’s semi-annual report, as of the end of June 2023, its fleet consisted of 907 aircraft. Among them, 10 Boeing 777 cargo planes were self-purchased, while seven were under finance leases. It also had one Boeing 737 freighter under operating lease and took delivery of one additional freighter during the reporting period, bringing its total freighter fleet to 18.

2.TEMU Dominates Global Top 5 for an Extended Period
As of November 26, TEMU, the international version of Pinduoduo, has consistently ranked among the top 5 in global app downloads from April to October 2024, holding 4th place. According to Incmobi, April saw 40,306,034 downloads, a 20.74% increase from the previous period; May had 41,141,378 downloads, up 2.07%; June had 45,868,479 downloads, up 11.49%; July saw 50,431,892 downloads, up 9.95%; August had 54,733,383 downloads, up 8.53%; and September recorded 56,624,577 downloads, a 3.46% increase. 3.Sinotrans Launches New Cargo Route
On November 26, a B747F cargo plane operated by Sinotrans, fully loaded with cross-border e-commerce packages and mechanical parts, took off from Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport, expected to land at East Midlands Airport in the UK at 17:00 local time on November 23. This marks the official launch of Sinotrans’ scheduled cargo route from Hangzhou to East Midlands, the first direct all-cargo flight from Hangzhou to the UK. The flight has a one-way cargo capacity of 100 tons, operating three times a week (on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays) with plans for regular operations.

4.SF Express Oversubscribed by 79 Times
On November 26, SF Holdings closed its subscription for its Hong Kong IPO, with market reports indicating that the public offering was oversubscribed by 79 times, involving HKD 47.3 billion. On the first day of the public offering, it was also reported that the international placement was fully subscribed. SF Holdings is offering 170 million H shares at a price range of HKD 32.3 to HKD 36.3, with 9.5% allocated for public offering and the remainder for international placement, aiming to raise up to HKD 6.171 billion. 5.Amazon Logistics Center Begins Operations
On November 26, Amazon announced that its new ORH3 logistics center in Charlton, Massachusetts, is now operational. This 260,000-square-meter facility, located along Sturbridge Road (Route 20), will employ over 1,000 local workers once fully expanded by 2025. As part of Amazon’s “First Mile” logistics network, ORH3 is responsible for moving goods from warehouses to nearby distribution stations.

6.Amazon to Implement 3 New Compliance Requirements in December

7.Shopee Updates New Seller Commission Exemption Policy
On November 26, Shopee announced updates to its commission exemption policy for new sellers. 8.Civil Aviation Market Shows Steady Growth in October
On November 26, data revealed that China's civil aviation market showed steady growth in October 2024, with both domestic and international sectors performing well. The total transportation turnover was 13.18 billion ton-kilometers, and cargo and mail transportation reached 809,000 tons, up 17.8% and 21.4% from the same period in 2019, respectively. For the first 10 months of this year, these indicators showed double-digit growth compared to 2019, with international cargo and mail transportation seeing a significant increase of 48.5%. 9.COSCO Shipping Acquires Stake in Anji Logistics
On November 26, COSCO Shipping Holdings announced plans to participate as a strategic investor in Anji Logistics' capital increase project, listed on the Shanghai United Assets and Equity Exchange. COSCO plans to invest RMB 1 billion (excluding transaction fees) to subscribe to RMB 75 million of Anji’s newly issued equity. COSCO's affiliate, Shanghai International Port Group, will also participate in the capital increase project, investing RMB 1 billion to subscribe to RMB 75 million of Anji's new equity. If the transaction is successful, COSCO and Shanghai Port will each hold a 10% stake in Anji Logistics.

10.Ezhou Huahu Airport Exceeds 80 Cargo Routes
On November 26, it was reported that Ezhou Huahu Airport has surpassed 80 cargo routes. As of November 20, the airport had opened 30 international cargo routes and 51 domestic cargo routes, ranking 5th in China for cargo and mail throughput and 3rd for cargo flight volume. In the first 10 months of this year, Ezhou Customs recorded air transport imports and exports totaling RMB 69.9 billion, a 6.6-fold year-on-year increase.

11.Canada Post Reports Over CAD 300 Million Loss in Q3
