(300729.SZ) announced its 2024 annual performance forecast, with an expected net profit of 3 to 3.4 billion RMB for shareholders. Lege has gradually shifted its business focus toward overseas warehouses. On December 3, Lege announced the board's approval to invest in the "Apple Valley Overseas Warehouse Project" in California, U.S., with construction costs amounting to approximately 700 million RMB.


Lege emphasized that expanding its public overseas warehouse business is a key strategy. The company will continue to build overseas warehouses, optimize layouts, and improve its cross-border logistics system to enhance its competitiveness in public overseas warehousing, boost company performance, and strengthen profitability. Previously, Lege purchased around 5,000 acres of land near major U.S. ports, with plans to build approximately 1.5 million square meters of overseas warehouses.
