On March 7, JD Logistics released its financial report. 2. TEMU’s German Users Reach 17 Million

3. Ezhou Huahu Launches Another International Cargo Route

 

On March 7, a fully loaded SF Airlines B767-300 wide-body freighter took off from Ezhou Huahu International Airport bound for Bangalore, India, marking the official opening of the "Ezhou-Bangalore" cargo route. This is the fourth international cargo route from Ezhou to India. The route will operate once a week, primarily exporting electronic products and general goods, providing over 5,000 tons of annual air freight capacity between Hubei and Bangalore. This will enhance air logistics channels and open up broader prospects for China-India trade cooperation.

4. SF Holdings REIT Approved

 

On March 7, the Southern SF Warehousing Logistics Closed-End Infrastructure Securities Investment Fund received registration approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission. Previously, it had also received a no-objection letter from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. In response to the call for private economic development and to support the sustainable growth of the modern logistics industry, SF Holdings applied for a public REIT in September 2024, using some of its warehouse and logistics infrastructure projects as underlying assets.

 

Notably, this REIT is the first in China to include airside assets from an airport in its asset pool. One of the included assets is a project located at Shenzhen Bao’an Airport, a significant hub for SF’s air freight operations in southern China. It handles large volumes of goods, highlighting the asset's scarcity.
