On December 24, TEMU announced that its partnered warehouses now support platform logistics. The platform will use the most cost-effective channels for shipping, based on the logistics channels supported by the partnered warehouse service providers. TEMU has completed the upgrade of its USPS account, with over 50 partnered warehouses now supporting USPS platform labels. Merchants can enable USPS services through the "Order Rules Configuration" -> "Final Delivery Mode Configuration" in the platform's settings.

3. DHL Logistics Center Acquired


On December 24, CapitaLand Ascendas REIT (CLAR) proposed the acquisition of a DHL logistics center located in Indiana, USA, for $115.8 million. The logistics center, completed in 2022, spans 979,649 square feet (91,012 square meters) and is a fully air-conditioned, single-story warehouse with a net height of 12.2 meters. It is located less than 45 kilometers from downtown Indianapolis and Indianapolis International Airport.

4. Premier Li Keqiang Inspects YTO Eastern Sky Port


On December 24, Li Keqiang, Member of the Standing Committee of the Politburo of the Communist Party of China and Premier of the State Council, visited the construction site of YTO Eastern Sky Port in Jiaxing, China, and listened to progress reports on the Jiaxing Global Air Cargo Hub project. He emphasized the need to accelerate the construction of an international logistics service system, actively develop multi-modal transportation, and improve international transport capacity to support foreign trade and high-level openness.

 

The YTO Eastern Sky Port project covers approximately 1,500 acres and has a total investment of 12.2 billion yuan. It is positioned as a global air logistics hub, an international trade center in the Yangtze River Delta, and a shared multi-modal transport center. The project is scheduled for full operation in 2025.

5.SF Airlines Adds Its 88th Freighter
