2. China Cargo Airlines Expands in Southeast Asia

 

On January 15, it was announced that the Tam Group has officially become the General Sales and Service Agent (GSSA) for China Cargo Airlines in the Philippines, a partnership that has now taken effect. This marks Tam Group's third GSSA designation from China Cargo Airlines, following Malaysia and Vietnam. 7. Air Cargo Demand Grows 8.2% in November 2024

 

On January 15, IATA released its November 2024 global air cargo report, showing an 8.2% increase in demand, marking the 16th consecutive month of growth. 8. Northwest Civil Aviation Opens 10 International Cargo Routes

 

On January 15, the Northwest Civil Aviation Administration and Northwest aviation logistics companies accelerated the progress of internationalization, digitalization, and standardization in aviation logistics, achieving active results in reducing costs and improving efficiency. 12. COSCO Shipping Reports 2024 Net Profit of 55.3 Billion Yuan

 

On January 15, COSCO Shipping Holdings issued its 2024 annual performance forecast, revealing an expected EBIT (earnings before interest and taxes) of approximately 69.93 billion yuan, an increase of about 90.67% year-on-year.
